Her career began as a talented young artist, and her passion for this field led her to pursue professional courses and advanced training programs. Over time, she also explored other beauty domains such as hairstyling, eyelash extensions, and makeup.
After completing her training, Mrs. Munteanu decided to expand her activity to the international level, focusing on preparing champions for competitions. This decision marked a new stage in her career, providing her students with advanced knowledge and the opportunity to excel in this industry.

Together with her husband, Daniel Munteanu, Mrs. Rodica Munteanu founded the Briliant World Cup Beauty Championship, a prestigious international competition encompassing the sections Nails, Hair, Lashes, Make-up, and PMU. Over the past five years, these championships have brought together professionals and artists from all over the world, offering both virtual platforms and in-arena experiences, contributing to the promotion and advancement of nail artistry and related fields at an international level. Under their leadership, these championships have become reference events, earning the appreciation and respect of the entire industry. Their judging team includes over 500 experts from more than 50 countries.

Between 2019 and 2024, she organized no fewer than 20 editions of international championships, held both online and live, in various countries and cities such as Romania, Dubai, London, Las Vegas, Milan, Mumbai, Turkey (Antalya and Istanbul), Bollywood, Hollywood, India, France, Europe, Singapore, Hungary (Budapest), Poland (Katowice), the United Arab Emirates, and Tokyo, Japan.

OFFICIAL NOTICE – ABOUT THE JUDGING PROCESS
Dear participants,
We would like to remind you that the Briliant Beauty World Cup Championship follows international judging standards, applied in all top-level professional competitions in the fields of Nails, Hair, Lashes, Make-up, and PMU.
✅ HOW THE JUDGING IS DONE:
1. Each work is individually evaluated by multiple jury members, each specialized in their category.
2. Each judge assigns points based on the official criteria stated in the rules.
3. All scores are centralized, and the final total score determines the placement.
4. An average is calculated, and the winners are decided strictly based on this final score.
🔒 ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY:
– Individual scores given by judges will NOT be made public.
– The reason is clear: each judge’s decision is independent, professional, and must remain confidential to avoid external pressure, personal interpretation, or debate.
– Transparency is ensured through the final published results, not through disclosure of internal deliberations.

You have a maximum of 14 days from the announcement of the results to send your appeal via email to briliantcup@gmx.com , and the judging team will send you a response to your appeal.
Briliant Cup is a real Global championship with 5 sections. We are active since 2019 with over 10 active editions together with thousands of winners from all over the world. Judges have selected the best of the best to become national, international and global winners.
