Eligibility:
-A. Participants without Previous Championship Experience: Individuals who have not participated in previous championships, regardless of their years of experience in nails, hair, makeup, lashes, or PMU (permanent makeup), are eligible to compete in the Debut category.
-B. First-time Trainers: Trainers who have not previously participated in the Instructor Debut category are eligible to register for this category.

This rule ensures equal opportunities for all debutants, regardless of their professional experience level, promoting diversity and inclusion in the competition.

Categories of participation in the BRILIANT CUP WORLD Championship:

1. JUNIOR STAR KIDS – Participant must be up 15 years old

2. DEBUT / DEBUT Instructor – Participant must to have more than 1 year experience .
Instructor must to have more that 1 year experince .
To qualify for the next category, you must participate in this one with 1 Nomination.

3. JUNIOR / JUNIOR Instructor – Participant must to have more than 2 years experience .
To qualify for the next category, you must participate in this one with 1-3 Nominations

4. MASTER / MASTER Instructor – Participant must to have more than 3-4 years experience .
Instructor must to have more that 3-4 years experince
To qualify for the next category, you must participate in this one with minimum 3 Nominations .

5. Professional / Professional Instructor – Participant must to have more than 5 years experience . Instructor must to have more that 5 years experince
To qualify for the next category, you must participate in this one with minimum 5 Nominations .

6. VIP / VIP Instructor – Participant must to have more than 6 years experience .

But, of course, we encourage all participants to take time to create newly and beautiful works.MAIN PROVISIONS OF THE REGULATIONS OF THE BRILIANT CUP BEAUTY CHAMPIONSHIP. The championship aims to improve the professional skills of PMU ( Permanent Make Up ) beauty stylists. The purpose of the competition: To show the profession in a creative, fashionable and highly demanded beauty industry, to attract more interest in this unique direction of beauty, especially PMU ( Permanent Make Up )

CHAMPIONSHIP RULES
ONLINE PARTICIPATION

  • Photos should be sent strictly in the above sequence: one nomination – one letter
  • Persons participating in the online championship must be over 18 years of age at the time of application
  • The online championship is open to permanent make-up specialists of all levels
  • The participant of the online championship must be a master with sufficient work experience who can complete the procedure and send it to the organizer on time
  • Special conditions of the regulations:
    – photos are taken (eyebrows / lips/eyelids): 2 foto
    – Model before work is done:
    1.One photo with large face – full face (in the photo, the face and image of the model are fully visible)
    2.One photo withh close-up of the work area – full face (in the photo only the work area)
    – Model immediately after completing the work: 3-5 foto /30 sec video with final work
    3.One photo of a large face – full face (in the photo, the face and image of the model are fully visible)
    4.One photo is a close-up of the work area – full face (only the work area is shown in the photo)
    5.One photo is a close-up area of work – ¾ (half a turn head) – on the right
    6.One photo is a large area of work – ¾ (half a turn head) – on the left
  • You can participate with as many works as you want, it is important to have various models. There is no limit, show everyone how good you are!
  • Transport costs for awards, medals and certificates are paid by PARTICIPANTS TO THE TRANSPORT COMPANY !!
  • All winning participants must assume to pay for the delivery of trophies to them depending on the kg and depending on the country and distance.
  • The organiser is not responsible for paying for the delivery of trophies!
  • Assistant and judges pay for the delivery of trophies or diplomas to their teams or individual
  • JUDGING: In our championship format, a team of 6 judges is chosen and each judges 6 criteria, to be fair. The points that accumulate direct the place where the work will be won. Everything is correct. Each online work is judged individually and to make it even more difficult for the judges. In this championship, the judges do not know which category the work is. If two participants have the same number of points, the same prize is awarded to both. If there is only one participant in a nomination, a prize is awarded according to the points given by the judges. ONLY for the ONLINE championship! format, ONLINE championship!
    • Prohibited topics of the championship: MILITARY THEMES, RELIGION, POLITICS, VIOLENCE, PREGNANCY, NUDE PHOTOS AND EROTICISM
