To highlight innovation, technique, and talent on an international stage. To inspire greater interest and recognition for this expressive and impactful branch of beauty — professional make up artistry.
CHAMPIONSHIP RULES
ONLINE PARTICIPATION
📸 Submission Requirements
For each nomination participants must provide 3 high-quality photos of the work from different angles and 1 video of 30 seconds showing the hairstyle.
📖 Special Conditions
The hair must be the central focus of every photo.
Logos on photos are strictly prohibited.
The minimum photo quality accepted is HD (720×1280).
Works done on mannequin heads are also allowed.
There are no rules limiting art – every participant is free to create with no boundaries.
Whether professional or beginner, everyone is encouraged to show their talent.
You may submit as many works as you wish, with the recommendation to use different models.
🏆 Awards & Delivery Conditions
All transport costs for awards, medals and certificates are the responsibility of the participants.
Delivery prices vary depending on the weight, the country and the distance.
Assistants and judges must also cover delivery costs for trophies or diplomas sent to their teams or individuals.
The organizer does not assume any costs related to deliveries.
⚖️ Judging Process
Judging is carried out online through WhatsApp groups. Each work is evaluated by 8 judges according to established criteria and the scores are recorded in official Evaluation Sheets.
The Organizing Committee calculates the total points.
Winners are those who reach or exceed the minimum score required for each place.
Some places may remain vacant if no participant reaches the required level — for example, there may be a 3rd place awarded without a 1st or 2nd place.
💳 Fees & Appeals
Participation fees are non-refundable.
Appeals may be submitted within 14 days directly to the organizers via email.
It is forbidden to contact the judges to request explanations regarding the scores, and those who do will be disqualified.
Information about scores is provided by email within 30 days.
The identity of the judges remains confidential in order to protect their impartiality.
🌍 Championship Regulations
All contests of the Briliant Cup World Beauty Championship are held according to the rules and criteria developed by the International Association of Beauty Industry Professionals – Briliant WORLD Cup.
The judging committee is composed of certified judges of the Association, independent invited judges, and special guests including Grand Prix winners of Briliant WORLD Cup.
