A. Participants without Previous Championship Experience
Individuals who have not participated in championships before, regardless of their years of experience in Nails, Hair Style , Make Up , LasheMaker or PMU ( Permanent Make Up ) , are eligible for the Debut category.

B. First-Time Trainers
Trainers who have not previously registered in the Instructor Debut category are eligible to join this category.

This rule ensures equal opportunities for all debutants, supporting diversity and inclusion.

Previously works published in magazine, social medial, etc. are allowed. ONLINE PARTICIPATION

📸 Submission Requirements

For each nomination participants must provide 3 high-quality photos of the work from different angles and 1 video of 30 seconds showing the hairstyle.

📖 Special Conditions

NAILS must be the central focus of every photo.
Logos on photos are strictly prohibited.
The minimum photo quality accepted is HD (720×1280).
Works done on mannequin heads are also allowed.
There are no rules limiting art – every participant is free to create with no boundaries.
Whether professional or beginner, everyone is encouraged to show their talent.
You may submit as many works as you wish, with the recommendation to use different models.

🏆 Awards & Delivery Conditions

All transport costs for awards, medals and certificates are the responsibility of the participants.
Delivery prices vary depending on the weight, the country and the distance.
Assistants and judges must also cover delivery costs for trophies or diplomas sent to their teams or individuals.
The organizer does not assume any costs related to deliveries.

⚖️ Judging Process

Judging is carried out online through WhatsApp groups. Each work is evaluated by 8 judges according to established criteria and the scores are recorded in official Evaluation Sheets.
The Organizing Committee calculates the total points.
Winners are those who reach or exceed the minimum score required for each place.
Some places may remain vacant if no participant reaches the required level — for example, there may be a 3rd place awarded without a 1st or 2nd place.

💳 Fees & Appeals

Participation fees are non-refundable.
Appeals may be submitted within 14 days directly to the organizers via email.
It is forbidden to contact the judges to request explanations regarding the scores, and those who do will be disqualified.
Information about scores is provided by email within 30 days.
The identity of the judges remains confidential in order to protect their impartiality.

🌍 Championship Regulations

All contests of the Briliant Cup World Beauty Championship are held according to the rules and criteria developed by the International Association of Beauty Industry Professionals – Briliant WORLD Cup.
The judging committee is composed of certified judges of the Association, independent invited judges, and special guests including Grand Prix winners of Briliant WORLD Cup.

There are 14 categories in this championship. For each category a CROWN and THE GRAND PRIX CUP will be won. 3 girls must fight for one of them to win a place 1,2,3. Cups are diverse and so are the crowns. No money is offered for these categories! Pay attention on the Grand Prix Excellence and EXCLUSIVE!

Attention for the best champion! The best of the best must be given to those girls who participate with the most works in the championship no matter the category. There must be 3 girls to fight for this title: Grand Prix Champion QUEEN and must have more than 30-40-50-60 works to be able to win the title of champion and will win the amount of 1000 euros + zirconium crystal crown and big trophy 50cm Only one girl will win this title!

Rigorous Evaluation Criteria

1. *Overall Impression:* A comprehensive view of the artwork in its entirety. Harmony, purity of execution, and the level of intricate details shimmer in a dance of creativity.

2. *Color Palette:* A refined selection of colors and the subtle art of combining them. Colors gracefully interweave in the composition, forming a stunning visual symphony.

3. *Composition and Harmony:* Here, the integrity and dynamism of the created artwork are evaluated. The meticulous construction of the composition transforms it into a unified and vibrant image. The harmony of color distribution adorns the creation in an enchanting dance.

4. *Complexity and Depth:* Appreciates the mastery of the artwork, revealing the depth of the creation and the subtlety of haunting details.

5. *Technical Mastery:* Examines proficiency in various techniques of artistic painting, with the discernment specific to the chosen category.

6. *Excellence in Detail and Precision:* An appreciation of perfect precision and mastery of materials. Meticulous attention to every detail gives the artwork a unique radiance. The precision of design becomes eloquent.

In the event of non-compliance with these sacred principles, the contestant will receive penalty points (up to 10 points, at maximum).
