Eligibility:
-A. Participants without Previous Championship Experience: Individuals who have not participated in previous championships, regardless of their years of experience in nails, hair, makeup, lashes, or PMU (permanent makeup), are eligible to compete in the Debut category.
-B. First-time Trainers: Trainers who have not previously participated in the Instructor Debut category are eligible to register for this category.

This rule ensures equal opportunities for all debutants, regardless of their professional experience level, promoting diversity and inclusion in the competition.

🏆 Competition Levels – How Participants Advance

Participants in the Nails, Hair, Lashes, Make-up, and PMU categories move from one level to another not based on years of professional experience, but based on their achievements and participation in competitions.

1. JUNIOR STAR KIDS

🔹 Experience: Up to 15 years old

2.✅ Debut / Debut Instructor

For participants who have never taken part in a championship, even if they have 1, 5, or even 10 years of work experience.

Includes instructors and trainers who have not yet competed.

Participants can submit one or multiple works — the most important step is simply to start!
🥇 How to Advance

Once a participant wins at least one trophy (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place),
they become eligible to move to the next competition level.

✨ Grand Prix Opportunity

Those who submit more than 9 entries in the Debut or Debut Instructor category
may qualify for the Grand Prix and can earn the special title:
“Best of Debut” or “Best Debut Instructor”

3.✅ Junior / Junior Instructor

After completing the Debut category, participants may progress to the Junior or Junior Instructor category, depending on their professional status:

Junior – for technicians who have participated in competitions and have won at least one trophy (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place).

Junior Instructor – for instructors who have competed and obtained at least one winning placement.

Participants are allowed to submit one or multiple works. The essential requirement at this level is continued involvement and growth.

Advancement Criteria:
To qualify for the Master / Master Instructor category, a participant must:

Submit a minimum of 3 works (either in a single championship or across multiple events),

And have won at least 3 trophies.

Grand Prix Eligibility:
Participants who submit more than 9 works in this category are eligible to compete for the title:
“Best Junior” or “Best Junior Instructor.”

4.✅Master / Master Instructor

The Master category is dedicated to participants with proven experience in competitions.

– Master: for technicians who have submitted at least 5 works or have won 5 awards (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place) in one or more championships.
– Master Instructor: for instructors with a minimum of 5 awards earned through competition.

🔁 Advancement to the Professional level requires the submission of 5 works and the achievement of 5 trophies.

✨ Those who submit more than 9 works are eligible to compete for the “Best Master” or “Best Master Instructor” title in the Grand Prix.

5.✅ Professional / Professional Instructor

This category is reserved for top-level professionals in the beauty industry, with proven experience and outstanding results in competitions:

– Professional:
must have won 5 works in the Master category (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place), in one or more nominations, across one or several championships.

– Professional Instructor:
must have participated with at least 5 works in the Master category and have won 5 trophies (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place) in different nominations or competitions.

✨ Participants who submit more than 9 works can compete for the titles:
“Best Professional” or “Best Professional Instructor” in the Grand Prix.

🎯 To become eligible for the VIP category, participants must submit a minimum of 5 works in the Professional category — this applies to both technicians and instructors.

6.✅ VIP / VIP Instructor

This is one of the most prestigious categories, reserved for those who have demonstrated consistent excellence and international performance.

– VIP:
Eligible participants must have won at least 5 trophies (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place) in the Professional category and must have submitted at least 5 works in that category — in one or multiple championships.

– VIP Instructor:
Eligible instructors must have submitted a minimum of 5 works in the Professional category and have won 5 trophies across different nominations or championships.

🎯 To advance to the Premium or Premium Instructor category, it is mandatory to participate with at least 5 works in the VIP category.

✨ Participants who submit more than 9 works can compete for the “Best VIP”or“Best VIP Instructor” title in the Grand Prix.

7.✅Premium / Premium Instructor

This is the highest level of recognition, awarded to participants and instructors with outstanding and consistent international results.

– Premium:
Eligible participants must have won at least 5 trophies (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place) in the VIP category and must have submitted at least 5 works in that category, across one or multiple championships.

– Premium Instructor:
Eligible instructors must have submitted a minimum of 5 works in the VIP Instructor category and must have won 5 trophies in different nominations or events.

🎯 To advance to this elite level, both participants and instructors must show top performance and commitment to excellence through multiple championship entries.

✨ Those who submit more than 9 works can compete in the Grand Prix for the prestigious title of “Best of Premium” or “Best Premium Instructor.”

🏅 To become a Premium Judge, it is mandatory to participate in the Grand Prix with 10 works in the Premium category and earn the exclusive title:
“International Certified Premium Judge Title.”

The Premium Judge title represents the highest honor and recognition awarded to competitors who have proven their excellence, consistency, and leadership in the international beauty industry.

Elite Judge is the newest and highest-ranking distinction in the Briliant World Cup, created for those who have reached the peak of performance as judges, demonstrating excellence, leadership, and active contribution to the global beauty industry.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Elite Judge:
To qualify for this exclusive category, a candidate must:
🔹 Hold an active Premium Judge title
🔹 Have completed a Grand Prix with 10 entries in the Premium Judge category
🔹 Be actively involved in at least one of the following roles: International Team Leader, Certified Instructor, Chief Judge, or VIP Judge in international competitions

🏆 Elite Judge Grand Prix:
This category includes a dedicated Grand Prix with 10 works, exclusively for those already in the Elite level.
Those who complete this Grand Prix will be awarded the prestigious title:

ONLINE PARTICIPATION

  • Please ensure that you register in the correct category and experience level. We will not be able to make any changes at a later date. If a participant enters in the wrong level (experience), we reserve the right to disqualify that participant.
  • Special conditions for PHOTOS:
    1. Only quality pictures will be accepted, 2000px minimum.
    2. No retouching of eyelashes, watermarks, company logo, backgrounds, excessive filtering or similar altering will be disqualified. photo grids/collages accepted.
  • You can participate with as many works as you want, it is important to have various models. There is no limit, show everyone how good you are!
  • Transport costs for awards, medals and certificates are paid by PARTICIPANTS TO THE TRANSPORT COMPANY !!
  • All winning participants must assume to pay for the delivery of trophies to them depending on the kg and depending on the country and distance.
  • Assistant and judges pay for the delivery of trophies or diplomas to their teams or individual
  • The organizer is not responsible for paying for the delivery of trophies
  • JUDGING: Judging takes place online on the WhatsApp group. Each entry is evaluated by 6 judges on 6 judging criteria. Each judge judges his judging criterion without looking at any other criteria. They evaluate the works according to the established criteria, the marks being recorded in the evaluation sheets. The calculation of the points is carried out by the Organizing Committee. The sum of the points awarded by all 6 judges is the total score. The winners of the championship are the participants whose total score is equal to or exceeds the minimum score for each place (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc.) A prize place may remain unawarded if none of the participants obtains the required number of points there is place 2 or place 1).
  • Registration / participation fees are non-refundable!

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS

1. Only high quality pictures will be accepted.
2. Photos with a retouch of eyelashes, watermark, companies logo backgrounds etc will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
3. Please send max 7 pictures ( please add a description to your work of the thickness, curl, length of lashes used)

2. You are allowed to use any decoration on the eyelashes, face and clothing. Every detail will be analyse by the judges.

* overall look
* your creativity of your application ( colour, feathers, lash decoration, bottom lashes etc )
* model’s art makeup, body painting, costume, smooth transition from eyelash decoration to headpiece/ head cover, hair etc.
4. Max. of 5 pictures per one entry allowed in high resolution, include a picture with clear image showing lash decoration and the whole model with a costume or body painting.
5. Fantasy/ lash art pictures can be slightly retouched (skin smoothing) BUT NOT THE EYELASHES
6. Pictures with watermark, companies logo in backgrounds will NOT BE ACCEPTED
7. Previous published in a magazines, social medias etc will be banned so please take the time to create fresh beautiful work and BE CREATIVE.

This work can be done with a mannequin head (can be ordered online) is polystyrene and the theme will be your choice.

Make your work unique, special, attract attention with your imagination!

It will only work with colored lashes, lengths, curves and thicknesses of your choice.
You can use whatever you have at hand from glitter, flowers, feathers, diamonds, anything is possible (pay attention to the cleanliness of the decorations)
