Eligibility:
-A. Participants without Previous Championship Experience: Individuals who have not participated in previous championships, regardless of their years of experience in nails, hair, makeup, lashes, Tattoo ART , Skincare,Cosmetology & Waxing or PMU (permanent makeup), are eligible to compete in the Debut category.
-B. First-time Trainers: Trainers who have not previously participated in the Instructor Debut category are eligible to register for this category.
This rule ensures equal opportunities for all debutants, regardless of their professional experience level, promoting diversity and inclusion in the competition.

1. General Participation Conditions:
The Skincare & Cosmetology section is open to professionals and enthusiasts in the field of skincare and cosmetology.
The competition will take place online, and participants must submit their works through photos and videos.
All participants will receive:
Participation Diploma (digital)
Briliant Skincare & Cosmetology Trophy (delivered by courier)
Participation Medal (delivered by courier)

2. Participation Levels:
Participants will be divided based on their level of experience:
1️⃣ Novice (Beginner) – up to 2 years of experience.
2️⃣ Advanced (Intermediate) – between 2 and 5 years of experience.
3️⃣ Professional (Expert) – more than 5 years of experience or advanced qualifications.

3. Categories:
Participants can compete in the following categories:
🔹 Facial Treatment – Personalized procedures for cleansing, hydrating, and regenerating the skin.
🔹 Body Treatment – Techniques for exfoliation, hydration, and body contouring.
🔹 Anti-aging Skincare – Procedures to reduce signs of aging.
🔹 Creative Cosmetology – Creating a complete personalized look using innovative cosmetology techniques.
🔹 Hair Removal Techniques – Hair removal procedures using methods such as traditional waxing, sugaring, laser, or IPL.

4. Work Requirements:
Participants must submit:
4 clear photos (front, left profile, right profile, and details).
1 short video (30-60 seconds) showing the process and final result.
For hair removal:
Photos must include before and after images of the skin.
The video must show the application and removal process of the material used (wax, sugar, etc.).

5. Judging Criteria:
Works will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Facial/Body Treatments & Anti-aging:
Execution Technique – 20 points
Hygiene and Safety – 20 points
Product Selection and Application – 20 points
Creativity and Originality – 20 points
Final Result and Visual Impact – 20 points
Hair Removal Techniques:
Skin Preparation before Hair Removal – 20 points
Application and Removal Technique – 20 points
Hygiene and Safety – 20 points
Client Comfort and Minimizing Irritation – 20 points
Final Result (Smooth, Irritation-Free Skin) – 20 points
Maximum Score: 100 Points
