Eligibility:
-A. Participants without Previous Championship Experience: Individuals who have not participated in previous championships, regardless of their years of experience in nails, hair, makeup, lashes, or PMU (permanent makeup), are eligible to compete in the Debut category.

First-time Trainers: Trainers who have not previously participated in the Instructor Debut category are eligible to register for this category.This rule ensures equal opportunities for all debutants, regardless of their professional experience level, promoting diversity and inclusion in the competition.

1. General Participation Conditions:
The Tattoo Art section is open to all artists who want to showcase their creativity and talent in tattoo artistry.
Participants can create tattoos on:
Silicone skin
Human skin
Natural leather objects (bags, gloves, jackets, or other leather accessories available at home).
Each participant can submit between 1 and 3 different works.

2. Levels of Experience:
To ensure fair evaluation, participants will be registered based on their level of experience:
1️⃣ Novice Ink – For beginner artists with up to 2 years of experience.
2️⃣ Intermediate Needle – For artists with medium experience, between 2 and 5 years of practice.
3️⃣ Master Tattooist – For professionals with more than 5 years of experience and an extensive portfolio.
❗ Note: Participants must select the correct level based on their experience when registering.

3. Artistic Categories:
A. Realism Tattoo – Black & white or color
B. Fantasy Tattoo – Free artistic design
C. Traditional Tattoo – Classic, linear style
D. Minimalist Tattoo – Simple, symbolic design
E. Artistic Tattoo on Leather – Tattoos on natural leather objects

4. Work Requirements:
The tattoos must be original and created by the participant.
Accepted works can be on:
Silicone skin
Human skin
Leather objects (bags, gloves, jackets).
For each work, participants must submit:
4 clear photos (front, back, and sides)
1 short video (30 seconds) showing tattoo details and the process.

5. Judging Criteria:
Works will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Creativity and Originality – 20 points
Execution Technique – 20 points
Clarity and Tattoo Details – 20 points
Proportions and Aesthetic Respect – 20 points
Visual and Artistic Impact – 20 points
Maximum Score: 100 points

7. Presentation Requirements:
The photo background must be white for maximum clarity.
Works must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format, and videos in MP4 format.

Works that do not meet the presentation requirements may be penalized.
Copied or plagiarized tattoos will be disqualified.
